What we collect
When you reserve a place in the Wednesday Room, we may collect your name, email address, and the way you identify your relationship to the room, such as Member, Coach or Mentor, or Guest. Our website and service providers may also process ordinary technical information such as browser type, device information, pages visited, and network information needed to deliver and secure the site.
Why we use it
We use this information to confirm your subscription, send meeting access, deliver the Founder’s Welcome, communicate about The Tactical Pause, understand how people use the site, operate the Wednesday Room, and protect the integrity of the community.
Who helps us
Kit processes signup and email information for us. Vercel hosts the website. Zoom provides the Wednesday Room. These providers process information under their own terms and privacy practices. We may also disclose information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, protect safety, or defend our rights.
What we do not do
We do not sell personal information. We do not ask for medical records, laboratory results, or private health histories through the website signup form. Please do not submit sensitive health information through that form.
Your choices
You may unsubscribe using the link in any marketing email. You may also reply to an email from The Tactical Pause to request access, correction, or deletion of the personal information associated with your subscription. We may retain limited records when needed for legal compliance, fraud prevention, or suppression of future marketing.
Security and retention
We use reasonable measures and reputable providers to protect information, but no online system can promise absolute security. We retain information only as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described here or as required by law.
Children
The website and Wednesday Room are intended for adults who are at least eighteen years old. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the signup form.
