Agreement

By using this website, subscribing to our emails, or participating in a Tactical Pause meeting or community space, you agree to these Terms, the Privacy Policy, the Health Disclaimer, and the Community Standards. If you do not agree, do not use the service.

Who may participate

The service is intended for adults who are at least eighteen years old. You agree to provide accurate information and to use meeting links and community access only for their intended purpose.

What we provide

The Tactical Pause provides educational content, community conversation, meetings, and related communications. Free access does not guarantee continued access, a particular speaker, a particular topic, or any specific personal, professional, medical, or financial result.

Your responsibility

You remain responsible for your decisions, conduct, health care, and use of information. You agree not to misuse the site, interfere with its operation, impersonate another person, distribute meeting access without permission, record participants without permission, or use the community to harass, exploit, solicit, or endanger others.

Ownership

The Tactical Pause name, original writing, visual identity, recordings, frameworks, and other original materials are protected by applicable intellectual property law. You may use them for personal purposes. You may not reproduce, sell, publish, or create commercial derivatives without written permission.

Third party services

Kit, Vercel, Zoom, Instagram, and other linked services operate independently and have their own terms and privacy practices. We are not responsible for their availability, security, content, or conduct.

Access and moderation

We may limit or end access when reasonably necessary to protect participants, enforce the Community Standards, comply with law, or preserve the purpose of the room. We may also change, pause, or discontinue any part of the service.

No warranties

The service is provided as available. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we make no guarantee that it will always be available, error free, or suitable for every person or purpose.

Limitation of responsibility

To the fullest extent permitted by law, The Tactical Pause and its founders, contributors, and service providers are not responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses arising from use of the service. Nothing here excludes responsibility that cannot legally be excluded.

Changes and contact

We may update these Terms as the service develops. Continued use after an update means you accept the revised Terms. Questions may be sent by replying to any email from The Tactical Pause.
